This class focuses on building strong dance foundations through technique, strength, and conditioning. Students will work on balance, turns, leaps, coordination, and overall body control while improving stamina and confidence in a supportive environment.
TUESDAYS – Flexibility + Mobility Training
This class is dedicated to improving flexibility, mobility, and body awareness. Students will safely work on splits, back flexibility, balance, and stretching techniques while also strengthening the muscles needed to support flexibility and prevent injury.
WEDNESDAYS – Acro / Calisthenics
This class focuses on acrobatics/Calisthenics and safe skill progression. Students will work on skills such as cartwheels, rolls, handstands, bridges, and walkover progressions while building core strength, flexibility, and coordination through structured acro training. This class will also introduce calisthenic work to build strength necessary for complex acrobatics through body weight training.
