The Adventure Begins
INCREDIBLE INDIA, CULTURE, AUTHENTIC YOGA AND MORE!!!
An Introduction to the Birthplace of Yoga: India
India is a magical land. It is, of course, the birthplace of yoga and spirituality as well as the land of diversity and color. Although Hindi and English are the official languages of India, there are over 280 more languages spoken there, along with over 1150 dialects. Deserts, mountains, beaches, rivers, oceans, tropical forests, and jungles are all found in India. Did you know that the Rig Veda, an ancient text, was the first to mention yoga 5000 years ago? Especially in the last 50 years, yoga has become very popular all around the globe, and people are fascinated by
learning yoga at its roots.
When you visit India, you will discover that it is one of the world's most inviting and kind countries. Hospitality and kindness are the top priorities. India is rich in culture, cuisine, spices, holidays, celebrations, traditions, and rituals. Indians describe themselves based on their beliefs, heart, and kindness, rather than money or rank. Many people claim, "India provides exactly what you are looking for and need right now." Entering India immediately slows you down and allows you to absorb the country's laid-back, Shanti (peaceful) feelings and people. Yoga originated in Rishikesh, a town in the Himalayan foothills on the Holy Ganges River, often known as the Mother Ganga.
What makes India the top destination for soul-searching travelers? It's very simple: people are so busy these days pursuing their jobs, degrees, and becoming wealthy and well-known. Living in today's world, with all of its demands and rivalry, may make life feel hopeless, lonely, and depressing. The fact that pleasure and wellbeing are not always correlated with wealth and extravagance is no longer a secret. An abundance of illnesses are caused by stress, overwork, and lack of sleep. When we are constantly anxious and agitated, how can we enjoy life and maintain our health? For many, yoga offers the answer because it has been scientifically shown to lower stress levels, relax the mind, and
cleanse the body. Taking some time off the busy daily life and travelling to India in order to release, search and heal is our next goal.
Physical, mental and emotional health should always be a priority and needs to be seen as true wealth.
So let the adventure begin!
