Family man, yogi and weight trainer. Tim, ERYT-500 is a highly qualified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance International and Yogaguru India. He is passionate about assisting others in achieving their goals and has extensive expertise with group training, including Power Pilates, HIIT, and boot camps. His approach focuses on helping students have a better awareness of themselves and their bodies in order to achieve wellbeing. His goal is to increase strength and flexibility through particular workouts and complex movements.

Rachel is a 500 hour certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance International. She strives to make her classes challenging but still enjoyable. Her yoga practice has changed the way she thinks about movement, mindfulness, and exercise. She firmly believes yoga is for everyone and that wherever you are in your journey is a good place to be. She is excited to grow as a teacher and in her own personal yoga practice both on and off the mat.

With over 23 years in the fitness industry Lavar Gilbert brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and passion to every class he leads. His workouts are designed not only to build physical strength but also to create mental clarity helping participants feel empowered from the inside out. Lavar believes that true fitness goes far beyond the physical. His journey has become a practice of discipline, balance, and self-discovery, shaping his mission to build stronger bodies, sharper minds, and resilient spirits. In his strength classes, Lavar creates an environment where people are encouraged to push past their limits, find focus through movement, and connect with a deeper sense of purpose. Each session is a chance to grow physically through challenge, mentally through presence, and spiritually through consistency and confidence. His ultimate goal is simple: to help others unlock their inner strength and carry it into every part of life.

Grace Young brings 17 years of dance training and a true passion for teaching to Yogaguru. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and uplifting space where children can explore movement, build confidence, and discover their strength. Currently pursuing her master’s in dance education at Vermont State University, Grace holds multiple certifications, including Acrobatic Arts. Her approach is rooted in safety, ensuring every child feels secure while growing and thriving. With her warmth and enthusiasm, Grace is excited to step into this new chapter-guiding and inspiring the next generation through movement, confidence, and joy.

Sandra Gilbert is a highly qualified yoga instructor with a passion for helping individuals achieve their goals. She holds a 500 YTT through Yogaguru and certificates in core strength vinyasa yoga, as well experience in group training such as Power Pilates hiit & bootcamp classes. Her approach focuses on helping students attain a deeper understanding of themselves and their body, to bring a state of wholeness.

Pursuing a Master’s in Social Work at Bridgewater State University, Jen is deeply committed to social justice and community well-being. While not on her mat, you can find Pam spending time with her son, partner, and dog on adventures around the world, in the ocean, or hunched over a 1000 piece puzzle.

Cristina is deeply committed to the art of mindful movement and hopes that her teachings will help others discover balance, vigor, and self-awareness. Cristina's enthusiasm for teaching is equaled by her love of the great outdoors. She is inspired by nature and has explored 25 of our National Parks. This adventurous attitude imbues her classes with a sense of exploration and discovery, encouraging students to connect profoundly with themselves and the energetic world around them. Her teaching style is frequently characterized as upbeat, accommodating, and inclusive. Cristina enjoys working one-on-one with students to develop sustainable home practices that may fit into even the busiest schedules. In today's fast-paced environment, she advises her students to calm down, breathe deeply, and listen to their bodies. Cristina may usually be found strolling around nature or wrapped up with a good book when she isn't teaching or practicing. She is always eager to learn something new.

Jae’Lynn Williams

Yoga Instructor

Jae'Lynn is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance International. She has had a passion for dance since she was two years old, and her enthusiasm for Vinyasa/Flow and the rhythmic technique that combines breath and posture stems from that. Her yoga practice began in 2012, and after rapidly understanding the numerous physical and mental benefits, she realized she wanted to share it with others. Her practice and teachings have grown over the years as a result of learning from seasoned teachers and becoming a mother - and her purpose is to pass on what she has learnt to others.

Maureen Layden has worked in healthcare focussing on lifestyle medicine. She has taught group exercise for many years specializing in modalities like Zumba where music and dance can inspire one to improve fitness, connect with community, finding joy and peace. She also loves to garden, cook plant based meals, swim in the ocean year round, care for 2 cats and 2 dogs and learn new things.

     Maggie is a certified yoga instructor, having completed her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Yogaguru. She first discovered yoga in her teens, using it as a tool to navigate life's stresses with greater ease. After becoming a mother, she reconnected with her practice, deepening her appreciation for yoga’s many benefits. She values the mindful aspect of connecting our mind and body and also finds it fulfilling to work toward and achieve set goals through physical practice. Maggie believes yoga is a rewarding journey and hopes to guide and grow alongside her students, offering the same comfort and inspiration that her own teachers have given her.

With a strong dedication to both yoga and mindfulness practices for the last decade Tiffany has a 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification through the Yoga Alliance International of India by The Yogaguru. She is currently continuing her education with The Yogaguru for her 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training. As a Gas Fitter that works in the city for heating and hot water she also finds the time to be an avid handstand enthusiast, with personal studies of energy medicine, and also participates in some local Sound Concerts events.

DONNY RUDNICK

Yoga Instructor

Donny’s yoga journey spans nearly 30 years, rooted in a practice he first discovered over 50 years ago in college. After time spent building a business and raising a family, he returned to yoga as a path to healing and strength following back surgery. He completed his 200-hour YTT in 2023 and has trained across multiple styles including Iyengar, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative. His teaching is grounded in intention, guiding students through thoughtful movement, classical postures, and a calming savasana. With compassion, warmth, and a lighthearted spirit, Donny creates a space where students can build strength, find balance, and reconnect with themselves. A lifelong local, Donny has been married to his wife Susan for 47 years and enjoys sailing, paddleboarding, traveling, and time in nature.
