Yoga Teacher's Training
Yoga Alliance International-India teacher's training in Fairhaven. Yoga Alliance International is a global organization that represents yoga instructors and schools. All students who complete 200, 300, and 500 hours of yoga teacher certification with Yogaguru will also receive certification from Yoga Alliance International. Yogaguru is registered with Yoga Alliance International. The same caliber of study materials, especially crafted by Indian yoga masters Shailendra and Mohan, who have devoted their whole lives to the practice of yoga, will be made available to you at Yogaguru. We will go deeply into the physical and mental practice of yoga, learning not only about the asanas but also the eight limbs of the discipline. Your guide will be Yogaguru Vineeta Singh. She has studied in India and is an experienced registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance International. |

A full-body exercise program that combines strength training with traditional Pilates. Control, core strength, balance, and muscle endurance are developed through these combined and isolated exercises. |
